To access email sent to Hendry County that is received by the Instagate Mail Servers in the courthouse

Open your browser and go to:

BOCC Board of County Commissioners hendryfla.net http://74.5.234.203:81/

Clerk of Court hendryclerk.org http://74.5.234.194:81/

then enter your authorized sign on and password

you can read and send mail via the courthouse server

all mail is still kept on the courthouse server until you down load mail to your PC work station at the courthouse.

 

Emergency mail access for only authorized users in the Event that LaBelle loses power, email is rerouted to our off site web server.

Note rerouting takes several hours to make changes in Internet routing systems.

Also when power is restored we have to reroute mail back to our normal email servers, this again takes several hours.

In the event of an emergency, authorized users will be given a login and password.
