The Child Support division of the Clerk’s Office provides Child Support/Alimony services in a joint effort with the Florida State Disbursement Unit (FLSDU). Our office maintains the child support/alimony court files and monitors compliance with child support/alimony payments. All payments are to be sent to the FLSDU for processing. Please include the following when mailing payments:
- Name of person paying
- The last four digits of their social security number
- The county where your case is located (Hendry County)
- Child Support/Alimony Case number

It is very important to notify the Clerk’s Office of address changes as well as the State of Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Agency if the case is being enforced. Checks will not be forwarded.

Direct deposit or smiONE debit cards are available. Direct Deposit forms can be obtained at the Clerk’s office or you can contact customer service for the debit card at (855) 403-8344.
The Clerk’s office is unable to enforce payments. You may hire an attorney or contact the State of Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Agency for enforcement at (850) 488-5437.
