Hendry County is Going Online with their Tax Deed Sales!

The Hendry County Clerk of the Circuit and County Court will be conducting its Tax Deed Sales online, using the Realauction.com platform, starting October 2022. The sale website will be open for registration on October 14, 2022, at the following link: https://hendry.realtaxdeed.com/
The first online sale will be October 27th at 11:00am.
To prepare our bidding customers for this transition, Realauction.com will conduct a free training class via webinar for all interested bidders.

As the recorder of deeds, the Hendry County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller maintains a public records library, which includes tax deed applications and sales records. The library also includes index deeds, mortgages and descriptions of county property, all of which are recorded by our office.#FLClerks

Clerks of Court in Florida receive, file, preserve and manage access to the records of our lives.Marriage licenses, county records such as County Commissioners’ meeting minutes, and divorce filings, are a few of the official documents Clerks maintain.Some of the court-related records they are responsible for are lawsuits, criminal cases and traffic tickets.#FLClerks
PreventionThe ability to drive is crucial for many Floridians. To prevent driver license suspensions, Clerks provide the public with online and in-person access for paying court obligations, continually work to monitor cases, and promote awareness of the mediation and restoration programs among stakeholders and eligible participants.
In most cases, Florida’s Court Clerks and Comptrollers are able to work with customers to develop a payment plan that fits their needs. In most cases, Clerks are able to work with customers to keep them compliant with court orders.
Florida’s Court Clerks and Comptrollers even provide options for customers to reinstate their driver license after they default on a payment.
From criminal lien negotiations to holding annual driver license reinstatement events, Clerks are working to get customers back in the driver seat.
Many Clerks also participate in Operation Green Light, a statewide driver license reinstatement day event. Contact your local Clerk of Court to learn more about their event including dates, times, and locations.
The Hendry County Clerk of the Circuit Court also serves as Hendry County’s Comptroller. Among many other duties, Comptrollers conduct independent audits and reviews of expenses and activities for the Board of County Commission.
This helps ensure county funds are spent in accordance with the law –protecting local tax dollars from fraud, waste and abuse.
